Submission Guidelines

Join us at photonics 2026 to showcase your latest research and innovations. Both oral and poster presentation offer you valuable opportunities for potential collaboration and networking.

  • You can submit your manuscript only through the ConfServ conference management portal
  • The manuscript should be submitted in either .pdf or .doc/.docx format
  • The manuscript should be 1-2 pages in the prescribed template - LaTeX or Word
  • Maximum of 2 submissions per registration is only allowed for presentation
  • All presenting authors, as well as any attending co-authors, need to register for the conference.
