Submission Guidelines

Join us at photonics 2026 to showcase your latest research and innovations. Both oral and poster presentation offer you valuable opportunities for potential collaboration and networking.

All authors will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their manuscripts. Some reviews have been delayed due to the festival season; however, decisions are being communicated to authors on a rolling basis. We expect to complete the review process and communicate all decisions by October 25, 2026.

Instructions for Regular Submissions

  • You can submit your manuscript only through the ConfServ conference management portal
  • The manuscript should be submitted in either .pdf or .doc/.docx format
  • The manuscript should be 1-2 pages in the prescribed template - LaTeX or Word
  • Maximum of 2 submissions per registration is only allowed for presentation
  • All presenting authors, as well as any attending co-authors, need to register for the conference.
