Following accommodation options are available on a payment basis for participants:
Accommodation has been arranged at IITH Hostels for all students/postdocs participants at a nominal rate of ₹2000/person for conference duration (5 nights), on a two-sharing room basis. Additional stay costs ₹500/- per person/night. Booking is open from November 01, 2026 and closes on November 30, 2026.
Accommodation at the IITH hostels is now open for students and Post docs. Please confirm your booking by making the payment through the following link.
The conference guests can stay at the International Guesthouse of IIT Hyderabad which is 5 minutes from the conference venue. The guesthouse has various rooms. Please find the below rooms information and the tariff
